That is what led us to develop Autofutures® Desktop, the electronic delivery technology for IRN’s light vehicle and powertrain forecast. It gives you the flexibility to have the data your way.
Autofutures® Desktop is installed on your computer so you do not have to contend with a slow Internet connection to get your data every time. The data is always available when you need it. What’s more, you can choose the parameters for how you want your view of the forecast to be configured. Pick just the programs of interest to you. View your forecast by model year instead of calendar year.
Autofutures® Desktop is a Microsoft Office-compliant application. You can copy the forecast data and paste it into Excel in one step – no reformatting is required. Create graphs in Autofutures® Desktop and copy/paste them directly into PowerPoint or Word. Create reports in Autofutures® Desktop and save them as PDF documents. It has never been easier to make the most of the Autofutures® forecast.
The forecast is updated quarterly, and you will be prompted to download the latest forecast when it is available. When there is breaking news that impacts our production outlook outside the quarterly publication schedule, we let you know right away. Autofutures® Desktop alerts users to issues that could potentially impact the forecast, and provides breaking news alerts from our analysts when appropriate.
